You're gonna be fine. Just remember to breathe. As long as all your roommates contribute the first few years you will be able to handle this with no problem. You'll probably learn in the first few years to fix things you never thought need fixing and do things you never thought you'd do, but that's all part of the fun of having your first place.

Some people get to slay dragons, but us ordinary folks buy houses.
