today i was playing piano for the first time in AGES. it's amazing how easily everything came back and how well i remembered the songs i'd had memorized. i miss piano lessons. i'm thinking i want to finish all of my theory sometime. when i quit it was right before exams

I always wished that I had taken piano lessons, Jillian. Being good at something would be a real treat, especially something like piano because every genius plays the piano. Therefore, I guess I'm insinuating that you are a genius. Take that as a royal compliment.
Also, a midnight swim sounds really nice. I think I'm going to have to go down to my lake one of these days and take in a bit of a swim at the stroke of 12. However, the thought of being in a pitch black lake alone does nothing but terrify me so maybe I won't...
