i'm not afraid to cry every once in a while even though going on with you gone still upsets me.

Cascada's "What Hurts The Most" is super WIN.

It's been stuck in my brain for the past 123 hours. The incongruity between super-sad lyrics and the upbeat tempo never fails to get me.

What is the next number in this sequence, and why?

1 3 7 12 18 26 35 45 56 69 ...

83 98 114 131 150 ...

1, 1+2, 3+4, 7+5, 12+6, 18+8, 26+9, 35+10, 45+11, 56+13.
start from 1, add one, then add the next positive integer two, then continue adding the next one but skip ones already in the sequence, here: 3, 7, 12.

I don't get the hint though, so it's probably wrong.

yup tama! skip ones that are already in the sequence. if you list down all the numbers that are being added you'll find it's actually S', where S is the set of the numbers in the sequence.

ung hint it refers to a famous drawing of a vase/two faces wherein the figure and ground are interchangeable...or maybe not so famous...i may be wrong O_O

iniisip ko parang b has no odd divisors except 5. kaso i don't know how to express that typographically XD

re: the sequence, try listing down the differences bet. two consecutive numbers, see what that set has in common with the original set...
