I don't know all that much about Odin but the silver and moose antlers sound about right. Also the "well, if you want me, come find me" attitude. I doubt he would be the type to make an appearance twice, he probably figures once is enough. :P

White can be death or purity, red passion or warfare. He is likely many of these aspects.

I don't know how accurate it is, but there were some things that resonated with your description.

There seems to be Norse God/Goddess sighting at Rites, I had a run-in with the dark death goddess of that pantheon.

I could see a supreme God telling you that to work with him, one would need to come and find him-an invitation and a task in one. It does sound like Woden. Just my 2 cents.

(and yes I am Catholic, but well versed on a lot of various religions)

Hmmm.....Interesting experience, although that's not a traditional look (horns and red and white robe) for Woden. I'd be willing to chat further with you though after my DC job hunting conference is over.

I skimmed the article and there are a few points I think you should consider.

Last summer or fall you were having more access to those who had passed over. It looks like Wodin may be able to help with that.

Much was said about sacrifice before gain. I would want to know what I was to sacrifice to gain the knowledge he is willing to share.

Both ravens and wolves are associated with him. He seems to be similar to Hecate in many associations. I would ask Hecate her opinion on the subject.
