Reasonable e-mail responce time...over two weeks??

Two weeks from this past Thursday Anj. and I were in e-mail contact. The last word from her being that she would look over my e-mails from that day and take care of some U4S (Unite for Sight) business and reply to my e-mails that weekend so when I got back from my SB trip with my family I could look over things.
