What lovely words...and they sound so familiar. Did you write that or is it something I should recognize??

Peter wrote that himself, for reasons unknown. Being a melancholic/manic artist, he was well aware of mortality, so he jotted it out one day. It was sadly prophetic.

I lost count of the number of times he would justify doing something by saying, "I could be dead tomorrow."

If it seems familiar, it could be because I post it every year in memoriam.
