Did these a couple days ago, but I decided I wanted all my Orc command groups to be different from each other, like a confederations of various warbands of Orcs have mobbed up into one big giant army. Combine the base Orc plastics with some OOP metal command bits, and you've got some distinctive command figures.

Carving up some of the old resin Ork Barricades to make flying stands for some Deffkoptas in my Goff Ork army. Replacing the normal flying standing with much thicker clear acrylic rod and adding old metal 40K2 Goff Ork models like old Nobz and Skarboyz to the bases for retro decoration.

Opened a TON of old Lord of the rings blisters and cleaned, assembled, and based a boatload of old figures from over a decade ago. They all sell for crazy money on eBay now. So I admit it, I did some Black Friday shopping. I gotta say, pickings were slim. I was super-lucky to get a 128 gb flash drive, and I tossed in some moves for five bucks each. None of the other sales were good, and I didn't even want to deal with Fry's, which is always a madhouse.

Got a ton of hobby work done, basing up a Finecast Space Marine Chaplain with jump pack, and putting in some work on Ghazghkull Thraka. However the biggest thing has to be putting down some paint on this Ultramarines dreadnought. Feels good to lay down some paint - been over three months since I last picked up a brush.

Assembled and based some Judge Dredd models, then took a trip down memory lane with these ancient Rogue Trader figures. Most of them date from 1987 or so. I even have loads of some Zoats and even some metal Rogue Trader Space Marines from when GW reissued those figures very briefly in the 2000s.
