Ok, before I ask, lemme just say that the reason I ask this question is because I really don't understand why people feel so strongly about this, and what exactly is the reason for their hate. I'm not trying to start tension or anything; this really is an honest question out of genuine curiosity.

Do you hate president Bush? Why or why not?

I wouldn't say I hate president Bush, but rather, that I don't understand why he does some of the things he does or the reasoning and the logic behind what he does. Example: when we found out there are no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. supposedly, that is the reason for the war with Iraq...why are we still there if there is no wmd? and the setting up of a new government is pretty much done..so...why are we still there? i was listening to NPR today and they said that the total deaths in Iraq this month is up at 68..that's a lot for half a month. (well, to me, it is...) i dunno..this whole iraq thing is confusing to me...but i still wouldn't say i hate the president..

I hate President Bush because he lied to justify the war in Iraq. Under his administration, we've had the Patriot Act, and wiretapping, and who knows what else we have yet to hear about. He wasn't elected in the first place, and should never have been a president to begin with.

I don't hate President Bush, though I do think he's a terrible president.

The reason why I think a lot of people hate president Bush is because he's a really easy person to blame for the errors of his administration. I don't really know, but I imagine that a lot of what most people consider malicious action on his part is a combination of ignorance, delegation, and poor judgement.

and I think the "ratings" a president get is pretty much based on luck
