I would think this should be something that any decent web developer could do. Advice is cheap but having someone do something probably costs more. I don't know of anyone off hand, but with the number of recent layoffs, you should have a fairly decent pick of people looking to make a few bucks until they get their next gig. What level of cheap are you looking for, pizza, beer, subscription, a few hundred bucks, +1k?
