I'm good to you because I have no read to be otherwise. Why would I be anything but supportive to you? You're so much more deserving of more than I can offer. You know why I like you so much though? Cause I see a lot of myself in you, and if only I would have had someone to lean on when I was growing up, maybe I wouldn't be so bitter. And besides, I would reather spend all my waking hours with you.
And when it comes to being happy and strong, that's really all I can be. If I let everything that has happened to me get to me, life would just be horrendous to live. I look at it this way. It's comforting to know that today isn't the worst day of my life (because that has already happened), and no matter what happens from here on out, I can survive it.
