i downloaded a bunch of skatalites songs to plug into my ipod for days like today. this morning is so warm, and the sound of grainy old ska beats was a perfect accompaniment to my morning walk in the mission to the BART station. i can feel the nostalgia coming on and i'm resisting all urges to go out and stock up on ska music. SKA SKA SKA. hup hup

dude! when christie and i were knitting on craft night the dj was spinning ska music and we were so digging it. i have the best picture of you skankin' on stage at air guitar. wish i could figure out how to post it!

that's so rad. what a treat, you don't hear someone spinning ska tunes very often.

well, first you scan the picture. then you can post it via html.

1. upload the picture onto a site such as photobucket.com

2. photobucket.com will produce the html tag for you, it should look like this: img src="nameofpicture.jpg"
"nameofpicture.jpg" is whatever you name the scanned picture, make sure it has .jpg as the file type

3. then when you make your post on livejournal, you must type/copy this in the body of the post (take out the $ - i had to insert those so you could see the html tag):
<$img src="nameofpicture.jpg"><$/img>
***replace "nameofpicture.jpg" with your actual picture file name.***

and this my dear, will post a picture on livejournal (you can also use this in the myspace blogs as well!)
