My friends (Tom and Kyle) and I left 12 hours ago on a trip to Cary, North Carolina for a Ninjitsu seminar.

We trained for a long time, now we're back...

and tomorrow we're going back again.

I'm all bruised up. Some of the black belts there are brutal.

..but it's all good.
