So apparently, I have a moderate case of sleep apnea, which I recently learned could be dangerous to my health. This is probably also why I sometimes get terrible sleep which starts a cycle of fatigue and worse sleep for long periods of time and depression, etc (story of my life during high school). I think there's actually a surgery that removes something or other that causes it.

as for solutions, the usual stuff you hear/read: no caffeine past noon, make sure youre doing a monotonous activity (like reading) before sleeping so that your brain doesnt do too much work and wakes up.
i found that warm milk helps too. at least.....as a kid it did.
what kind of car are you getting? ..then again, you are Chris Chen so its probably a civic, but i thought id ask just incase of any change.

and seriously if you didn't take so many drugs legal/illegal i bet you're sleeping habits will regular-ize.
