I totally agree. I feel like he's really trying to be a republican and just throw money at the problems. ::sigh:: ah well. If we didn't have a big enough deficit before....

Dealing with mortgages in this way is a win win. It keeps people in their homes and prevents a flood of homes on the market while keeping investors losses to a minimum.

If this had been in the stimulus package or Bush had done this months ago the economic unraveling we have seen might not have happend so badly.
