Chique, satin-y, sequin-y or sparkly tops for daily wear - OK or not? I like to combine them with a simple button-up or wrap around sweater and jeans, but what do you think?

Depends on what you're doing (dry-clean only and gardening, for example, would not mix), but if you're comfy and happy, go for it :-)
