Oh, SHOW. You made me CRY, show. Damn youse!
So I knew Nate would never, ever allow his team - his family! - to be taken down, and I kind of had the thought that he would sacrifice himself in order to prevent it. But I still totally teared up when he started telling them how honorable they all were. And then he kissed Sophie! And then she slapped him for doing this to them! BAH.
Speaking of that, though.....SOPHIE. When she said she was traveling, I got all excited, knowing that she HAD to be coming back to save the day. As far as the Tara "twist" goes......meh. I figured she wasn't going to turn out evil after all, but the whole "Tara is Sophie's spy" deal didn't particularly excite me. Even taking that into consideration, I didn't get why Sophie coming back meant Tara was on her own again. No, I'm not a huge fan of Tara, and I'm more than ready for Sophie to take her rightful place back......but yeah, that whole weird hand-off of "Okay, we're done here - later, guys!" was so.....weird.
Then again, I was watching most of that scene going "Nate totally got shot, didn't he?!", so I might have handwaved it a little.
Elliot going Hulk and actually busting out of his handcuffs with his Sheer Brute Strength made me laugh, as did Parker as Russian housekeeper and Hardison being....well, Hardison....even if he didn't get too many great moments.
Did I mention that SOPHIE is back, though? And that Nate made me cry? Sigh. I miss you already, show.
