It sounds like things are going really well for you, which makes me happy. Particularly about your house...that makes me very jealous. :)

I'm sorry we've kind of disconnected this past year...it's too bad, since we used to be good friends. Oh, well. That'll have to be remedied at one point or another.

Ireland is incredible, but there's a lot of rain. And everything is really far away from Galway, so trips are more difficult to manage.

Anyway, hope things continue well!
