Two young men (18 and 20 years old) in Pierce, Washington, tied a Siberian Husky (or Husky-like dog) to a tree near an elementary school and shot arrows into it until it finally bled to death. Thanks for posting this. I live in Jefferson County, WA and I know the laws in WA are wimpy about animal cruelty. It would be good to call the Mayor's office too, and request that the maximum sentence be applied to both criminals. A barrage of calls from all over the country would be great. I hope this costs the Mayor his political career, but Pierce County is kinda weird.
