Details
1. decided to buy a guitar with the money i've been making, just an inexpensive Ibanez set with a lot of basics. any suggestions for songs to learn are more than welcome, i need the practice.
2. i've been keeping my room clean, and not just like a weekly clean, i clean it every night now. It's becoming a habit.
3. I've been with jenn for a month and a half, and i'm sure that plenty of people that read this on their friends list will realize that i haven't really held a good conversation with them for at least that long. If that applies to you, please tell me. Another side of this are the people that don't talk to me anymore even if i talked to them. dane, kim, sarah, mallow... i just wish i could talk to them again, i try but it never works.
4. my sister doesn't stop bitching, she thinks we have enough money to buy her everything she wants, like some pair of $180 jeans that she "has" to have. and when she got an expensive digital camera but no iPod? more bitching. she recently went on a trip to florida with a friend, ended up taking an open container of alcohol up to the room and drinking it, getting sick on the carpet, ruining pillows, and almost requiring a hospital visit. no punishment.
Every night my mom picks a fight with me about something...every night. we never go to bed happy anymore, and her lack of sleep is blamed on me.
My dad takes my keys as he pleases, sets bedtimes etc.
5. work sucks. when there were 3 bussers we busted our asses during the school year, and now that we want more hours, theres 9 of us and the only one who's been there the longest gets the shitty shifts. that would be me. I talked to the GM about another position but again he just blew it off. "2 to 3 more good weeks, show me all you've got and i'd be happy to!...." whatever Matt.
6. I've begun downloading the most random stuff. my 400GB harddrive is already half full of things including: 25GB of music, 10GB of music videos, 15GB of movies, 25GB of TV shows (including every episode of southpark ever), 20GB of disk ISO's (dvd's, linux distrobutions), and 30GB of games. plus i'm currently download 54GB of stuff as we speak. my dad's going to have to bring home one of his companies servers so i can use the space.
I've been renting and copying movies like crazy, i've got a lot of the new ones out, i'll burn anyone copies of them for $2. if i can actually set up a system here i could be able to actually pay for the rentals and make it even cheaper. hell i might set up and LJ account just for that. i'll think about that. i could buy a $15 dollar movie, then see how many people want it and divide the cost out of 20 bucks. if 5 people want it it'll be $4 each and then i take that money and buy a new dvd and take new orders. The more people know about it and want a copy, the cheaper it is for everyone. I'd really like some feedback about this. Currently I have: team america, national treasure, the life aquatic, donnie darko, girl next door, lemony snickets, kill bill volume 2, harold and kumar, star wars episode III, eternal sunshine, finding neverland, meet the fockers.
seriously i want to start doing that, you wouldn't mind being able to get 3 or 4 new movies for the price of one would you?
