tricep pull

today in yoga, during a very normal vinyasa, my tricep went out and I was unable to do any more bent-arm poses for the remaining 60 minutes. Strangely enough down dog and handstand were fine, low plank and elbow stand were excruciating. At home, I iced and ibuprofen, and looked up on the net. Eat lots of protein. Some study showed that it helps rebuild the microtears etc in a muscle after injury.

I too lust after a Double Cross. It's the one bike I considered owning before I bought my Surly frame. And I think $1500 is all the bike anyone needs for a good recreational/utility/serious-commuter machine. Anything more is silly-money.
