I am so upset right now at the stupidity of people and the inability for some people to do the right thing. I am tired of being the victim of stupid people. Five days after the accident Farmers Insurance (The girl's insurance) finally contacted me, but to tell me not so good news. They tell me that the girl claims that I was driving alongside

take her to small claims court. And if you both turned at the same time then she shouldn't have run into you. Don't let her get away with this.

Ya, but the thing is that I did not turn at all. I was driving on the main road, heading straight in the left lane and then this girl come from the side and turns right into me. So shes completely off on her story, and they wont believe me- or the cop's police report. SO, if I do take it to small claims, I am going to wait until insurance company's go to arbitration, they get a judge to tell them what exactly went on... then use that to kick her balls.
