It seems as if you're in the exact same boat as a lot of the girls around here...we're all relatively short and around 170lbs, so we've got that much all in common! It's really good to be around and encouraged by people of the same kinda body type...then they can understand what you're going through and we can all reach our goals together! :D
The key word here is "diet"...we here at chubby_chibi don't believe in "diet". It's evil! Diet means changing what you eat like a little stint for a couple weeks or so...and then changing back to your regular patterns. Which is just pooooopy! All of us want to be healthy and super fun and treat our bodies well :] What I keep on thinking to myself is "I'm not depriving my body of what it wants...I'm changing it's definition of what it wants by learning to love the things that are good for it" :] After about 2 months of cutting down on sweets and bad meats and carbs and stuff, it's to the point that I realize that these things are bad for me and they make me ( ... )
