hey kids, I hope this community gets going, it's such a good idea!

so, here's my obligatory introduction post... my name's Kristin. I'm 18. and I'm a chubby chibi! XD

I'm currently 177 lbs at 5'3". I lost 30 pounds within a few months earlier this year with a pretty hardcore diet... basically you can eat as much as you want, just as long as it's the right things.

no white flour (pasta, bread, chips, etc)
no sugar
no potatoes
no beans
no white rice
no red meat

I also try not to eat after 9 pm, but that doesn't really work out very often cuz I'm up late a lot... so as a general rule, try not to eat within a few hours of sleeping or if you're going to, try to stay active so you don't just let the food sit there all night.
and I think everyone already knows to drink lots of water and exercise as much as you can. ^^
