I finally created a journal to put my attempts at culinary artworks. (operative word: attempt) The following dishes I have created already in the past and I have no need to ramble on and on how I got to making them. It was a boring day, and fortunately a class opened up and I was able to attend one Heny Sison's classes on Baked Pastas.
