I did a quick doodle, but boy would I love to read this sometime! (Especially with a side of Sam staying lean and fit and ... unsure what to make of Dean and Cas' new 'arrangement' and the ensuing weight gain but hey, if it makes them happy and they aren't hunting anymore, well, who is he to judge? OH. And if Sam keeps hunting and every now and then he winds up on their doorstep, seriously injured from a hunt and they have to patch him up. OH YES PLEASE.)
