Dean is very fat maybe even obese. He ends up surprising Sam on Christmas letting him know that he's pregnant which maybe they didn't think could happen naturally given Dean's size. Cue Sam super excited unable to stop touching Dean's belly at talking about how much bigger he's going to get.

Dean strolls into a diner; there's an OFC working there who notices him, thinks he's cute, really cute, especially since he's not thin as a rail. (How big Dean is is totally up to the author. He can be plump or downright stout, anything goes.) She's a serious chubby chaser, and this guy? Totally her thing.

Transfixed, Millie memorizes the shape of his plush, pouty, pink lips and the size of his two chins. Would like a "Through the Years" type thing.

Every year, John dresses up as Santa to put the presents under the tree. At first, he has to pad the suit to fill it out. After a couple years of marriage, he fills it out on his own. A couple years after that, and he can't fit into it at all.
