Dean is fat like really fat. Sam is kind of fascinated by it and starts encouraging Dean to eat more. Dean ultimately figures it out and talks to Sam about it. He thinks its kind of weird at first but starts overeating even more for him.

Sam and Dean have recently started a feeder relationship. Change from the obese fics where the one being fed has only recently developed his little beginner belly since it's still early on. Lots of belly worship and talk about how hot it is and how huge he's going to be. They're both really into it and super excited about the whole thing.

Sam unintentionally doubles his weight at his first year at Stanford. When Dean sees him he's blown away and starts to subtly encourage Sam before finally admitting he'd love to see him double his current weight before graduation...

There is a woman whose waist is only 40 inches but her hips measure at eight feet around. I would love to see an obese Dean with this much of an extreme pear shape. Clearly fat but the bulk of his weight is all in his hips and his ass which are incredibly enormous.

Dean recently gave birth to multiples. Sam has been working on sabotaging Dean's diet because he loved Dean's pregnancy body and would love to see him back up at that weight at least and work on trying to knock him up again once the babies are a little older if he can help himself.
