Dean gets hit with a weight gain curse that makes him pile on pounds no matter what he eats. They gank the witch pretty quick but still Dean is 250 lbs before they are done and looks it - he's flabby all over with a double chin, upper arms that shake and moobs ( ... )

Recently Dean has started getting pretty fat (metabolism, settling down, intentional gain, something like that). Sam has definitely noticed but has mostly been keeping his disapproval to himself. Then one night Dean really outdoes himself with binging and he's swollen stuffed and huge. Dean eventually asks Sam for help in the form of a belly rub. Sam not only eventually caves but he ends up really loving the experience and seeing Dean this way.

Dean can start out fit or already be chubby or a little fat when he comes across this list and decides he needs to do them all

Sam can either be supportive from the get go or think Dean is ridiculous. He's insistent on trying every one and keeps going back until he beats it.

Dean loves food and of course doing these over and over and so many take its toll and he's considerably heavier when he gets to the last stop on his list than he was when he started... much much bigger...

I know this is super general but I just love fics where Dean misjudges his size and it gets him into a situation he needs help out of.
Any ship or no ship.
As long as Dean gets stuck I'm cool with whatever you come up with. (ex: window during hunt, dean goes through a small space on a dare, he got locked out and had to go through the pet door, stuck in a booth at a restaurant, etc. You get the idea)
Extra points if his belly is a majority of the problem.

After Sam complains that they never do anything like regular couples, Dean decides to take his brother out for a show. Of course he doesnt plan real well and the only show in town is the gaudy, over tge top Madam Magic's Hypnosis Stage Show

Pulled on stage towards the end after Dean makes one too mumbled comments about it all being 'really fake', Madam hypnotises them both, introducing Sam as an incredibly proud and doting partner and pointing out Dean's small pot belly and telling him (and the audience) that he's growing his as enormous as it can get and he's off to a great start. She tells Dean that he loves his growing beer belly, having it filled to bursting and showing it off proudly whenever he can.

Sam and Dean amuse the audiences with their antics on stage, but when they step down neither realises Madam never released the hypnosis...
