Obese teenage Sam, younger and fatter the better, eats his feelings with his favorite junk food.

After the Winchesters pull off a coup and actually manage to save the world, Dean fulfills a promise to Sam that they will legitimately get married (well, except for the forged papers part) and settle down in a domestic community neighborhood complete with the white picket fence

Dean moves into Sam's dorm at college looking to get over the death of their father and decide what he wants to do. In the meantime Dean consolles himself by eating all the left overs from Sam's hospitality course and taste testing Sam's recipes.

By the time Sam decides to specialize in 'comfort style' cooking Dean has gotten so fat he wheezes while waddling around their dorm. By the time Sam perfects the perfect comfort style pie (the first of his new range) Dean is wearing muu muus and has given up on trying to squeeze himself through the door to the bedroom, instead setting up in front of the television

...By the time Sam finishes graduate cooking school Dean admits he might have a bit of a weight problem. Moving around isn't something he has done a lot of lately (not since Sam perfected his comfort ice-cream recipes) and his belly sits comfortably on the floor whatever his position.

Perhaps the crane through the window idea to get Dean to their new digs isn't as crazy as he thought...

Always shy, Dean was a chubby child who grew into a fat teen mostly due to comforting himself with food as he came to terms with his sexuality and feelings for his brother. His habits skyrocket when John discovers he and Sam having their first kiss on Deans eighteenth birthday, and John leaves. Feeling guilty, dean eats constantly and within years is seriously enormous...which makes people stare..and helps make Dean bigger by the day

Sam or Dean gets pregnant and gets a big craving for junk food throughout the pregnancy. Once the baby is born they continue to indulge. By the time their child is a year old they are 50 lbs heavier than they were at their highest pregnancy weight.
