With such a beautiful weekend, I wanted my new lens to play with last week. So after getting the 2 day air shipping from B&H photo, I tracked the package all the way to Seattle for delivery this past Friday. It said "destination" rather than "out for delivery". That is a HORRID UPS story! Write a letter with all details to UPS Customer Relations--they are in the fight of their lives for market share against FedEx. Use that to your advantage, even if you never use them again.
