So funny story, that plan kinda backfired on me. I stayed up all night went to class, then I feel asleep for a few hours and now its 3 and I am awake again. Well I am off to find something to do. I'm awake call me.

if you cant sleep at night, make yourself get up in the morning and dont sleep all day..GO to your classes and do stuff. then by the time bedtime comes around you will be super tired and you will fall asleep. it will help you get used to going to bed and falling asleep. when you take naps during the day or wake up really late it makes it so you arent tired til later at night, then you get used to that rhythm, and you cant sleep at night. so no matter how tired you are during the day due to a sleepless night, dont go to bed/take naps during the day! wait and go to bed at night then you will fall asleep...its kinda like tricking your system, but it works. it might take a little time to get into the swing of things but believe me, it works.

I'll letcha know next time I'm in the area and if you're free you should at least stop by and say hi LOL. :)
