Tonight I went to Zan's (one of my co-workers) house-warming party out in Youngsville. It was a little drive to get out there, had to go past Wake Forest and Rolesville, but was a good drive. That sounds cheap for somewhere in the country away from people. Prices are increasing so quickly too so sounds like he's lucky.

Oh yeah definitely, not a bad deal at all. And now's the best time to get good deals like that on new homes around the Raleigh area from what I understand. Homes are cheap here and this really is a very nice area to live at.

Up here in Maryland that buys you a town house with no back yard and little more. Sounds like great place though.

Are you near Baltimore? Recently I checked out a townhouse there and they were asking for $289,000 for an itty bitty 1300 square foot townhouse. A new one but with a postage stamp of a yard.
