I'm back from Seattle

Well I just flew back from Seattle a few hours ago. I had a really good trip. It was nice to be able to spend Thanksgiving with my girlfriend and her family. Even my little sister Andrea made it out and hung out which was awesome. Was a very relaxing trip to say the least.

The flight to Seattle from Newark was hell. I was stuck in a window seat (I prefer aisles but the flight was full and had no aisle seats when I checked in) and I ended up sitting next to a young couple with a lap child. The child was restless for half the flight. The other half it was asleep thank god, otherwise I would have ripped every hair off my head before that plane landed. So I arrived into Seattle grumpy, after that long six hour flight, and Tiffany and my sister Andrea were there waiting for me after I got off the plane. We leave to go grab some lunch before heading back home. I was craving Pho (Vietnamese beef noodle soup) and wanted to go to my Pho place that I liked when Tiffany lived in Seattle, but my little sister wanted a more mixed variety and we ended up going to this other place that was okay, not as good. I swear, my sister is the most un-asian girl I've ever met. She doesn't like asian food very much. I mean for christ sake, we were raised on that stuff! But she's funny as hell, and her sense of humor isn't as dry as mine I tell you. But anyway, we drove back to Tiffany's parents house and ended up hanging out with her family for the rest of the afternoon, then went back to her sister's house and crashed for the night.

Tuesday morning we woke up and had breakfast at Denny's, since I was craving it. Then we stopped by her work so she could make sure everything was running smoothly, since she's da boss. Tiffany was originally suppose to open Tuesday morning, but she took a personal day so she could be with me the whole day, which was very sweet. Saw my sister working the drive-thru and said hello to her as well. After that, we ran a few errands before headed back to the house, then cuddled up on the couch and watched a few movies. Andrea rented us some movies at Blockbuster, since she still works there part-time, so we ended up watching Monster House and Nacho Libre. Then we took a nice nice nap before meeting up with our friends Jeremy and Danielle from Aberdeen. We drove to the Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester and they met up with us there and we had a nice dinner buffet. After that, we headed over to the Craps table ($1) and played for awhile. Tiffany and I broke even before calling it quits. Didn't walk out ahead, but didn't walk out behind so was all good. Jeremy played with us for awhile but he ended up losing $40 from the Craps Table and playing Blackjack. I think Danielle broke even or walked out ahead a little bit though. After that, we parted our ways with Jermey and Danielle and headed home for the night.

Wednesday ended up being spoil Charles day. Tiffany used her gift certificate her Mom gave her for a massage and shared it with me. So we went and got a half an hour massage for the each of us. Oh man, that was very relaxing to say the least. I enjoyed it very much. After that, we went shopping and bought some fruit so we could make a fruit salad to take with us to her Grandma's house for Thanksgiving. Once we got home, Tiffany spoiled me even more. She asked me if I wanted to go to the pedicure up in Olympia while we were shopping, or if I wanted her to do it herself when we got home. Of course I asked her if she would do it and she gladly said she would. So I got to sit in the rocking chair while she soaked my feet up and cleaned them right up nice and good. Then she did my face which was a bonus, all that while she was making a Pot Roast in the oven for dinner. Christine and the kids came home and we all had a nice Pot Roast dinner with mashed potatoes & gravy, with stuffing. Was very delicious. The Roast came out very tender.

Thursday we woke up and finished making the fruit salad for Thanksgiving. Then he headed over to Tiffany's Grandma and Grandpa's house and her whole family for Thanksgiving dinner. There was a lot of food and we ate very hearty. Did some socializing with the family and watched Football. After winding down we left and ended up going back to the Lucky Eagle Casino. My sister Andrea met up with us there and Tiffany and I went back to the Craps table and played some more. I think we played for a good two hours, and my sister even joined in with us, and we taught her how to play which was cool. After it was all said and done, I lost about $60 total. Can't win em' all the time you know. I had fun though regardless, which is all that really matters. After hanging out at the Casino for awhile, we headed home to pretty much wind down for the rest of the night. Went to bed early since we ended up getting up at 3am this morning so I could get dropped off at the airport in Seattle. It was a lot of fun though, I had a very good trip, and it was very relaxing, all thanks to my wonderful girlfriend who treated me like royalty the whole time I was there. :)

I hope everyone else had an awesome Thanksgiving. I know I did!
