oh man i just got home from yoga everybody should take that class hella relaxing and it's a hell of a work out (stretching AND strengthening) i <3 it already
now i'm off to go work out in strength development awesome
it's definitely hard at first, but eventually you'll get better and be able to go further with everythin :oP but it's definitely not easy at the beginning, if you're not flexible that is
