Cruising in Hawaii

David and I decided on our Hawaii vacation. We're taking a cruise! A gay cruise! This lets us see more islands than we had originally planned, and should be a load of fun. We'll be on an Atlantis Events cruise and we're going to Oahu a few days before the cruise starts. I'm so excited!

It's our combined birthday trip, but it's about 3 weeks after our birthdays.

19 year-olds must travel with a 25+ year old.

Atlantis offers a daily meeting for members of all 12 step programs. All?!?! There's a meeting every day for every program?

Just out of curiousity, what happens on a gay cruise ship at a sexaholics anonyhmous meeting?

I dunno why they have that age restriction, it might have something to do with the drinking age, or it might just be that lots of companies don't consider you fiscally adult until you are 25. You can't easily rent a car until you are 25, for example. Maybe they don't want gay college kids on Spring Break?

I'm not a 12-stepper, but I've read about them. Lots of times small towns will have "generic" 12-step meetings, because they don't have enough people to have separate Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Gambling Anonymous, etc, meetings. So they just lump them all together.

I think the sexaholics anonymous meeting would be very popular for evil non-sexaholics looking for a quickie.

That picture looks like it's from one of their resorts, they have these events where they basically take over a Club Med for a week.
