I had to give up personal training because I could no longer afford it, and now I'm sweating with the masses at All Star. I'm basically just doing cardio on the elliptical and taking yoga classes, which ain't gonna cut it. Want to start swimming but I am *not* Speedo ready!

HAHAHAHAH. I'm not speedo ready either, but I'm doing it anyway. I figure if I don't push myself, then I'm always be concerned. So fuck it!
BUT, you've got to get back on it. You were doing great. I took my trainer to only every other week and he gives me workouts to do in the inbetween days.
If you want, I'll be happy to share with you.
You'll be in Speedo shape in no time!
