Sometime deep down, a fire seems just right for helping us get the world back into perspective.
I've been doing my own little slice of "My Name Is Earl" and saying sorry for what I've done in the past is hard to say, and it seems harder to accept, especially if it's not remembered.

Couple photos from tonight, and now it's bedtime.

I need to buy a new phone AND answering machine.
Lightning took down both phones and the answering machine has already been burnt, so I'm actually operating with no phone atm. Heh.

Your beautiful blue kitty! I had one once named Owen; I loved him dearly.

Those are some beautiful and tragic portraits.

He's an adoptee, and he's all about the bi-polar love/bite thing.that and showing you the cat-ass.
people started to tell me that I have been looking very old lately, too much stress I guess.

That's not a very nice thing to tell someone!
Hopefully your stresses are not unmanageable, and that you have a way to work through them.

The fire looks like something that would make you thoughtful. The kitty made me giggle and your eyes look sad.

*hughug*

Doing right by karma does take a lot out of you, but you'll feel better about it soon enough and get that sparkle back in your eyes :)

he's all about the bitey-purring thing.
I've been burnt out lately so I'm not sure when I can do enough to turn the tide.

He sounds like his keeper. Heh.

After a while you'll just have to accept that you've done what you can do and free yourself. Keep in mind that No one is 100% blameless from creating a bad situation so don't beat yourself up much longer.

Coming up with some goals might help - small ones that you can easily attain to get you started and a few big ones that you can work on. That's about the only way I've found that helps with burnout.
