I have moved to using gloves to cut chili's since the chili oils seemed to survive handwashing, showers, and basically anything short of a scouring.

I went to three medical supply stores before I found a box of gloves my size. Talk about annoying. :p

the glove box says XL, but they seem to be 2X.
either way, they fit. the large gloves would keep splitting open on my palms so I kept looking.

Oh man I keep meaning to post my photo essay in food_porn.

Well, basically you just make a sweet bread recipe, like cinnamon rolls, and fill the center with stewed fruit.
