I went to visit Chapman yesterday for almost an hour and there is good news and bad news. The good news is that there is no cancer and the chylothorax is healing. Each day less fluid is being withdrawn from his lungs. The bad news is he is vomiting frequently and therefore not keeping food down. We still don't know a prognosis, either way. I'm sorry, but that was just cruel of them to do to you, especially on the holiday and all.

I'm glad Chappy is slowly getting better. Some improvement is always better than none and if he has the vomiting problem they could do some IV stuff, no?

Chap is getting IV fluids and electrolytes plus antibiotics. The latest I heard was that his X-ray was almost completely clear. He also had less vomiting since yesterday at this time. He is still very run down but he's been through a lot. Please, I get a sniffle and need to sleep for 3 days straight. I can't even imagine what he's going through!

My SIL can be a royal bitch most of the time. Her mother is 100x worse. Almost every holiday one of them pisses me off enough for me to walk out. I have to hold it together because my car is usually blocked in!!!
