The Constitution says "Congress shall make NO LAW regarding the establishment of religion OR the free excerise thereof...
Notice she didn't say that... in this entire speech on the Constitution. The "accommodations" argument is the same one that is used by the other side to say that by allowing "gay marriage" you are accommodating male to male relationships which are not protected by the Constitution specifically or implicitly. Religion is SPECIFICALLY protected. It's the 1st Amendment for a reason.
This woman is on crack and needs a better reason for attacking religion other than "accommodation"... it's lame.

Interesting.
First time I've found another gay lawyer/law student on LJ.
Interesting journal, too.
Good luck in school. This November is my sixth year as a lawyer and, for the most part, I love the profession (although I hate my job ....)
Best of luck!

Saw your comment in Heath's (likethecandybar's) journal. Tracked it back from there.
And, I'm a lawyer in Illinois, soon to be Missouri.
