Not to hurt your feelin's, but I've never enjoyed the bottle blonde look on someone with a complexion as dark as yours (I have the same complexion and it looked terrible back during my fraternity initiation so it's not just you.)

The blue looks better. Or possibly a red, like autumn sunrise or chestnut or something.
