What kind of pullups do you guys do? Inflex (short one) or the bar one (tall one)?
I can only do like, maximum 2 pullups on the bar.

Huh? There's a difference? :o

(Seriously, I didn't know. All I know is that it seemed easier during the test compared to my trainings down at the track room. Maybe joechee or tornarchon can enlighten you on that...)

I believe she meant INCLINED pull-ups.

For boys that are 15, whom all the bj trip guys are now (except maybe lester), we have to do pull ups.

Anyway, be glad that you don't have my Sunday programme. I'm probably going to be up at 5+ in the morning and gone all the way until night, and I'd probably have to bring change of clothes along too. bah.

liewqi, be glad you can do 2 pullups on the bar, some guys have difficulty even doing one. :P

Well, the main thing is that tornarchon (or someone else, not sure), mentioned that the bar used in the test is shorter or something, which is better than in the army (when then you cut in with the army being "slack" thing, yah right). That's why I'm confused...

(Btw, to liewqi, yah, be glad. I couldn't even do one at the start of last year and this year :p)

Not bad. Doing two without assistance is what many of the girls at Kallang can't seem to do. And what I meant was that I think they'll make you grip further apart in the army, because the distance between your hands is proportionate to the amount of strength you have to use. Try it yourself, you'll see what I mean.
