... ACAS is... kinda since this is in public I have nothing to say but the illustrators are okay.

If your budget permits, try http://www.imaginaryfs.com/ , they're professional and stuff so it should suit your need. I have other friends but mostly, IFS is good if you can use them.

thanks for the help. i am honestly clueless in this art genre.
Your friends (or/and you?) who does comic drawings... do they have online sites that i could take a look at?
