I've noticed that recently, my ankles have been really stiff and sore when I've gone to work out. I'm not sure why this is, although it may have something to do with the fact that I'm on my feet at work every day.

Anyway, an aspirin taken a little bit before I leave makes the pain disappear completely, and also seems to make me less sore in the ankles after working out, long after its effects have worn off. I think it's the anti-inflammatory, keeping my body from swelling up and hurting itself.

Anyway, you might try that with your legs and see if it helps.

Oh, it's not that it bothers me at all really - I just put that in there as an example that there is some pain that you need to learn to ignore ( ... )

I have $100+ shoes. They're Echoes, insanely expensive. I can stand on them all day and not feel it, though I think the shock does get into my ankles, which are pretty weak.

But yeah. I did the cheap shoes thing, and I ain't going back. The Echoes rock.

Ooooo - Drooool! ^_^ Yeah - they look like they rock. If I had a job with a lot of standing, I'd definitely spend the money on them.
