Bookcrossing and stuff

I've just registered 12 more books on Bookcrossing.com and I must admit that I find registering my books really tedious work. First I cut out the labels, then I sign and date them, then I stick them in my books (one at a time) and then I register them and then I write the BCID on the label. I wonde if anyone else finds it as tedious as I do?By the ( Read more... )

Pre-reg is the way to go IMO....

If the books are gunna be released, print out the pre-numbered labels or just download to your PC and use those numbers on your own labels. Then dont do a thing until you release it. Go straight to making release notes, tap in the BCID and it will ask you for the book details and where the book is being relesed.... Saves so much time and energy fo me.

I know Spike will kill me for saying it, but does it really matter that there isnt a description/synopsis for the book unless its one you'll be passing around BC....

Totally agree with you though...all the admin stuff is a pain :o(
