 SNOW! SNOW! SNOW!

Loads of it. Well, loads for Sussex anyway. Lots of schools were closed. Apart from mine it seems. I did have a toddler style temper tantrum. Fingers crossed it'll be shut tomorrow.
Went out with the kids at breaktime and got snowballed within an inch of my life.

 Iggy Pop is selling insurance?

There are no words to express how I feel about that. Or at least there are, but there are many of them.

 I think my New Year's Resolutions are going to be:

1) Eat more cheese. There's so much cheese out there and so little time. It brings me joy. And I happen to like cheese dreams.
2) Be more positive. I am such a cynical person sometimes, which can be good, but currently is not. I need to not keep 'getting through' my life. One day it'll all be over.

 Hey, I'm in Wales.
My Mum's new house is looking good. She's done the front room out and it's very cosy. Still no shower but it's actually warm which is a novelty for Wales. 
Maybe some pics to follow as B has her camera with her...

Chelsea comes in, Monday morning, all proud:

Chelsea: Miss Machin I done it! I found a picture of that boy. (Points to headline and picture of Barrack Obama.)
Me: Oh well done. Who is he Chelsea?
Chelsea: Um, that boy, you know? He done that fing.
