Rhode didn't mention Link or the Cardinal when she told him about her pull point, so Allen assumed the Noah's inflitration of headquarters had occurred some time later. Link's supposed to be elsewhere in headquarters. Supposed to be doing mundane things like paperwork. Supposed to be safe, goddamnit.]
