Frontpage happened to it. I love my gnomie to death, and that is probably the only reason that I would touch that abortive mess. I admit I considered calling in a priest at one point, but notepad and determination won out in the end.

Why I'm not a lucritively-paid webmonkey I don't know. Probably because I refuse to use tools that fubar my code so badly. Text editor and patience is the best bet in my book. If you can't do it without tools, you don't really know how to code a page, IMO. (Yes, I'm borderline elitist on that subject, I admit)
