Ok. I REALLY need to find a new job. I've been at this same place for 4 years now and it was at least worth a;; the stress in the beginning because I was making decent money... but now. I have no reason to stay

I think I've told you before, but, honestly. With four years of restaurant experience, the least you could find is a very nice restaurant to work in, where you'll be more appreciated and make waaay better money. If not a restaurant, you could get another type of customer service job in a snap, at worst. But it'd be totally worth applying for something new because you have so much customer service experience AND being in the same place for 4 years at your age is almost unheard of; it shows really great dedication.

Go out there and get the better job you deserve~

Yeah, what was said above. Start puttin' out those resumes, even for non-waitressing jobs. You have four years of experience behind you. Even then, you also have college/uni references to put on your resume. You deserve a lot better than that place.
