So my roommate got this cat from the shelter. He's a mix, but I'm pretty sure from his build, headshape, and tendency to NEVER SHUT UP, that he's mostly Siamese. Except that his coloring is orange tabby. He's super cute and friendly, but does have this slight NEVER SHUTTING UP problem. Also tends to freak out and tear around the house at random

Sounds like he's at the age where my parents gave up on keeping our cat indoors, and just let him outside to burn off his energy. He came back with two dead rats.
